Accurate and detailed structural analysis via Finite Element

Brief
|
MAESTRO
is a computer program for rationally-based optimum design
of large, complex thin-walled structures. In essence,
it is a synthesis of finite element analysis, limit state
analysis and mathematical optimization. The method developed
in MAESTRO accommodates non-linear limit states and large
complex structural geometries. It can, therefore, be used
for a wide variety of structures such as ships, submarines,
floating platforms, aircraft and space vehicles, box girder
bridges, and road and rail vehicles, and in all cases
can deal with the complete structure |

Uses |
MAESTRO
can optimize a design based on any specified measure such
as weight, cost, vertical center of gravity, or any combination
of these. The primary purpose of MAESTRO is for design,
but it can be used to analyze an existing structure or
proposed design as well |
